Product Description

Dive Rite came up with the new improved version of its popular NiTek Duo, with a few additional features. What is unique for this computer is the fact that it can be worn as a part of the console, or on the wrist. It is easy to read, due to its large digits. It has automatic water activation, a very popular feature with the novice divers or novice dive computer users, who often forget to turn their device on.

Nitek Trio allows divers to switch between gas mixes while diving. It calculates decompression stops at up to 90 feet using adapted Buhlmann ZH-L16 algorithm. The selected air mix stays saved in the memory until midnight and it has to be reset for the next dive day later.

What customers say

The divers like the two gas feature of the Nitek Trio and find that its data retrieving from the log is much easier than with other computers. The price is also very attractive for the dive computer of its category. The noted feature is also the three separate rates of ascent that are depth-based. The large digits that are easy to see are also popular, as is the timer for safety stops that counts first minutes and then seconds at the end of the stop. Older divers like the ability to adjust for more conservative dive profile.
