Product Description

The Oceanic Atom 2.0 dive computer is another masterpiece of miniaturization – a sleek watch containing a full range of features: measures depth, temperature, dive time, and limits to no-decompression time with more than one dive. Its battery is diver-replaceable and uses regular watch battery available anywhere. The watch has all sophisticated features divers expect and it looks good it should and then some. With its multiple transmitters, Atom 2.0 monitors the air pressure of up to three divers at the distance of 4-6 feet at the same time, making it perfect tool for dive instructors.

The Atom 2.0 allows switching between up to three gas mixes of between 21 and 100 percents oxygen, while diving. Oceanic provides its own software for downloading dive log. OceanLog software is easy to use and allows sorting and analyzing of dives when needed. The only missing feature is digital compass.

What customers say

Most reviewers comment on the excellent ratio between the price and the number of features the Oceanic Atom 2.0 offers. They get much more for the price than with other similar models. Another common comment is the ease of use, but it takes some time to explore all the features.

Some customers had problem with the battery contact, what caused dive computer to reset itself. The downloadable logbook and easy to learn software were other popular features. There were also comments on the value of automatic recording of dive characteristics, even of gas use and mixes chosen. Advanced divers liked the ability to switch between gas mixes while diving, as well as the ‘buddy’ monitoring transmitter. They also like Neo-Haldanean model decompression logarithm, which is considered more liberal than the RGMB.
